We offer three tiers of consulting services to meet varying needs: Entry, Standard, and Premium. Each option builds on the previous one, starting with focused support of your leadership team and scaling up to comprehensive, hands-on guidance and implementation. This structure ensures flexibility and allows you to choose a service level that aligns with your specific goals and resources.

Strategic Planning
Entry: Two meetings per quarter of visioning, planning, and timeline with your leadership and implementation team.
Standard: Additionally, we conduct a thorough Needs Assessment, build out project timeline, develop and track KPIs for your team.
Premier: Deliver presentations and messaging to leadership and key stakeholders/community on your behalf.
Professional Development (PD)
Entry: Train the trainers (two 3-hour sessions with your PD leaders) based on your provided needs, training materials provided.
Standard: Includes Low tier, plus a comprehensive Needs Assessment, an individualized plan, and 1-2 staff training sessions each quarter.
Premier: Includes Medium tier, with additional pre-post assessments to track growth and ongoing online development opportunities.
